BCW and W3C join Hands!

The Bible College of Wales and West Cross Community Church have joined hands to form a new expression of church in the Swansea area. The first joint meeting took place on Sunday 15th October with a celebration at West Cross Community Centre.John Tancock, the leader of W3C was excited for the future, "Together we will become a new expression of Church over the coming weeks, months and years." John believes that both partners bring important elements to the mix, "Our specific success with seeing unchurched young people come to faith is to be joined by immense spiritual maturity from the college and a marvellous cross cultural mix as well.

'Together we will become a new expression of church over the coming weeks, months and years.'

James Hunt, part of the leadership of the Lifelink family of churches, was also excited about the opportunity. "Both BCW and W3C have strengths as well as weaknesses, but in different areas!" He continued, "It is like two cogs comming together where they mesh perfectly."The new church will be part of the Lifelink network of churches. Lifelink exists as a means for churches to communicate effectively, encourage one another, benefit from conferences and training, and support one another in seeing the advance of God’s Kingdom on the earth.
