'Collective'

The dance band 'Collective' visited the church at the end of February. Caris who is part of our church is one of the three members. The band are based in Southend and their aim is to reach young people in the area with the Gospel. They perform in as many youth, church and school events as they can.

Each month they aim to do a mission week which involves going into one particular school, taking RS and pastoral lessons, dance workshops and music classes. The week ends with two big concerts where the young people are challenged to commit their lives to God.
